HBO and Sky Atlantic’s ‘Succession’ leads the way with 25 nominations at the Emmy Awards

The latest series of HBO’s “Succession” has cleaned amongst the Emmy nominations, leading the way with 25 including the coveted best drama series.
Top of the nominee’s list include Scottish actor Brian Cox as best actor in a drama series and Norfolk’s Matthew MacFadyen as best supporting actor in a drama series. Other nominees include Jeremy Strong in the best actor in a drama series category, J. Smith Cameron and Sarah Snook in best-supporting actress in a drama, and Nicholas Braun and Kieran Culkin in best-supporting actor in a drama series.
The hit show received a total of 14 Emmy nominations in the acting categories, breaking the single-year record previously held by “The West Wing.”
It was confirmed in June that ten episodes are currently in production for season four of Succession.
